Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
Draft: these terms are awaiting review by a solicitor and may change before they are relied on.
These terms govern your use of the Pulsory platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
Who we are
Pulsory is provided by Pulsory Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17492371), whose registered office is at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. You can contact us at support@pulsory.co.uk.
The service
Pulsory provides anonymous employee surveys and aggregated people analytics and insights, on a subscription basis.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when it changes.
Your responsibilities and your data
- You confirm you have a lawful basis to upload and process your workforce's personal data, and that you will tell employees about the survey and how their data is used.
- For personal data you upload, you are the controller and we are your processor. Our processing is governed by a data processing agreement, available on request.
- You must not use the service to try to identify individual respondents or to undermine its anonymity. This includes how you place and supervise any shared QR code you put up at a site.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by trying to breach its security, reverse-engineer it, disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.
Fees and payment
- Prices are published on our pricing page. Your price is set by the number of employees you add to Pulsory, checked when you join and once a year after that.
- You can pay monthly, or annually at a 15% discount.
- Founding customers receive twelve months free and keep the prices in place when they joined for as long as they remain a customer.
- No card is needed during a free period. We will give you plenty of notice before any payment is due, and we will never charge you without your agreement.
- You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. It ends at the end of the month you have paid for.
- An annual plan runs for the full year once paid. We do not refund unused months.
- Payments are not refundable, except where we have failed to provide the service as described.
- Pulsory is for businesses. By signing up you confirm you are acting for the purposes of your business, so the cancellation rights that apply to consumer purchases do not apply.
Changes and early access
We are still adding to Pulsory, so features may change. Some features may be marked as early access. While we work to keep the service running smoothly, it is provided “as is” and we cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the service is limited as set out in your order or, where there is none, to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Ending your use of Pulsory
You may stop using the service at any time. You can export your data from Settings → Privacy & Data, and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@pulsory.co.uk. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, let customers know in advance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
