Is it worth it?
Compare it with what turnover already costs you.
Losing one person costs far more than the advert. Put your own numbers into the calculator and see what your turnover is costing you now.
Size
Is it right for a business your size?
Pulsory hides any result with fewer than five responses, so nobody can ever be identified. That rule applies to every group you look at: the whole company, each site, each department, and any breakdown by age or length of service.
So the real question isn't how big your business is, it's how big your groups are. Fifteen people across two departments works well. A nine-person company with three departments of three would see a company-wide result, but no department breakdown at all.
If you have fewer than about ten employees in total, you'd need almost everyone to reply before you saw anything. It's probably not right for you yet, and I'd rather tell you that now than take your money.
